High-quality cutting surface, non-contact process, arbitrary configuration of the part, computerization of the process, the minimum width of the cut allows you to effectively place the most complex parts.

The work is carried out on CNC machines “Yawei HLE 1530”.

 

      Possibilities of cutting:

  1. Product dimensions - 1500 mm х 3000 mm

  2. Material thickness:

  • metal black to 16 mm;
  • stainless steel to 12 mm;
  • aluminum to 10 mm;
  • brass to 6 mm;
  • copper to 6 mm.

 

Coordinate punch with CNC

The press has wide possibilities of stamping, forming, stamping and marking.

The table of the machine allows to process both thin and thick metals, without damaging a sheet surface.

The work is carried out on the press with CNC “Yawei HPE 3048”

  Machine features:

  • maximum effort 300 кН;
  • maximum sheet thickness 6,0 mm;
  • the maximum thickness of a stainless steel sheet 4,0 mm;
  • maximum dimensions of the sheet without interception 1250*1250 mm;

  • the maximum diameter of the stamp 1 blow 88,9 mm;
  • precision ±0,1 mm.

 

Cutting on the guillotine

Cutting, Sheet metal cutting is performed on CNC guillotine shears “Yawei”.

Cutting and cutting of sheet metal up to 3000 mm, thickness of 6 mm. Cutting accuracy 0.5 (mm)


Bending of sheet metal on CNC machines

The work is performed on machines “Yawei PBB 110/3100” and "Baykal APHS 31120"

Equipment capabilities:

  • the maximum thickness of sheet metal is 6 mm;

  • the maximum length of preparation of 3000 mm;

  • the maximum length of a bend is 3000 mm;

  • maximum effort 110 t.

 

Milling and engraving works

The work is carried out on a CNC machine “Datron M8”, and milling - on the CNC machine “DMTG TD500A” .

Milling and engraving works are carried out on non-ferrous and fusible materials, polycarbonate, plastic, organic glass, textolite, wood of various degrees of complexity up to 40 mm thick.

Injection molding of plastics

The work is carried out on automatic thermostats with CNC “LSF 68-128”

      

Powder coating

Powder coating is carried out on the equipment "НАУТЕХ-НТ70"

Drying cabinets are designed for size products 1100х1700х2500 mm.

Welding works of various complexity

We carry out to order welding works by semiautomatic devices, including argon welding.
